And I just want to say you guys are a pleasure to do a live draft with - this is the first non-Penngray draft I've ever done that's moved at such a nice pace. Keeps everyone engaged.

Hey there guys, I don't want to be an a... retentive voice, but as we move along to lesser known players could it be possible if we make sure we spell their names correctly and make the slight effort of writing in at least an initial to the first name. I just want to avoid confusions and as we all know misunderstandings are easy to happen.

For example there is no OF by the name of Encarcion but there are two Encarnacions, this one was easy since one is a 3B and one an OF but can you imagine if we write down a Lopez or something like that?

BTW I corrected the players taken list to show Juan Padilla as opposed to Vicente Padilla

I'm ready to do some drafting :D , too bad this was not a speed draft, like 20 minuets between picks  . Anyway, I have the name of my Team:
Short-Bus Five
Manager:
DumbA** Dunkin

DumbA** Dunkin and the Short-Bus Five.

I have a paper due by midnight and I am doing this :P , you can tell were my priorities are  . SGT D

Sorry guys - I've been right on top of my picks. But, I met two of my brothers out for a few pints of Guinness, so I'm a little late. That also may explain my choice of Damian Miller, but I guess we'll see. :)

I made my picks, it's bak to you Qk. I think that Sheets and Lackey will have to be priced just about right, Sheets will get hurt at some point :( . SGT D

Excellent picks Sarge! You snatched Lackey away from me by a nose

Wow, you guys are good, excellent teams being put together. Nice goin' everyone!

I'll update the taken thread later tonight.

BTW any thoughts on how we'll conduct the "salary arrangement rounds" if we go past the 80 mil?

My feeling is to just continue with the serpentine order we've got going, we simply just announce who we draft and who we drop. Whatever is simpler is fine with me.

When the online game is released, I was wondering about the following
situations:
1. A team goes over the salary limit.
2. A team has less than 23 players (i.e more than 2 picks were not on the
online rosters).

What exactly is the process then for these?

My mistake; I got my answers by reading the first post.
