BREAKING THE RULES

Okay folks posted a few weeks ago and got some great adice (Thanks CanuK) Here is the issue. I realize that it is a no-no to drop and pick up in the regular season but wonder if I do not have an opportunity here.

Although I have a shot for a 500 team I wonder if dropping the following players might not help.

P. Konerko
A. Soriano
R. Quinlan

for

M. Kotsay
R. Klesko
Ramon Martinez

A lot of folks in my league are dropping and adding without offering trades first. Should i hold on and look for a trade to improve my defense at 2nd and CF or make this move.

Thanks for the help. My thought process is to move Ford to rf and platoon Klesko and Swisher, have Lugo as my primary 2nd with Martinez as my utility.

As far as Cordero goes, figure i have some flexibility with my BP to shift the closer role.
