Just want to be clear... Andy is the commissioner.

My role... I typically like to keep things organized (e.g. setting up draft on majopr deegan's site, keeping draft moving with pages on message boards, setting up ILC, framing up rules/issues, etc.)... I do this for the sake of the league, and not for any type of control... not trying to overextend my role or any boundaries here... hope everyone sees it that way. If anyone has issues, please speak up... Andy will naturally decide how to proceed on all matters.

1.) Divisions... is it 1/4/7/10, etc., 1/2/3/4... or some other setup?

2.) Add/drop.... 5-10-20%? 20%? 10%?

3.) After 16 rounds, and autodraft, do we want to proceed with waivers or straight to a frenzy?

Thanks for setting this up here Bill, and checking the pitchers. I checked the numbers of .50 pure relievers & starters under 1.50, but I forgot the 9 man requirement for the pitching staff

Add/Drop---5/10/20

Also, when we autodraft, select no more than four pure RPs on your card

I debated between Wrigley78 & Fulton County Stadium as the park for this league, but I figured Wrigley might tire our poor pitching staffs out faster, resulting in more OFFENSE :D
