When it is your turn to pick, the site will just give you the highest-rated player on the draft list. The problem with that is you will most likely wind up with a team whose salary is much higher than $80 million, and you'll end up with an unbalanced roster (you might get 3 1Bs and no 3Bs, for instance). These problems you can always fix in waivers, but you might want to go ahead and rank the players in the draft list a little differently, particularly if you have some less expensive players that you really like. You might want to move them up higher in your rankings so that you will get them.
