I must have missed this, but are we excluding players or did the draft get set up to have a larger cap?

My team is finalized and all I have to do is enter into the site, but wanted to clear this up before creating a mess.

I do believe the draft cap was put in at 101M, thus negatign any need for excluded players... however, if you are only drafting 24 players you will still need to SKIP your last pick on the draft site... hope that's clear.
