There are about a million ways to win in this game, but I mighta found the most unlikely combination of players and stadium here. (no add/drops of significance either, this has been the team)
This is not my team but I'm still in awe of it. As I match up with them tonight here's my thoughts.
Starters
Cicotte
Garcia
Koosman
Coveleski
I'm thinking four good starters here. (a little to the Right)
The Pen
Miller
Patterson
Hall
Borbon
(2 scrubs)
I'm thinking, not my choices, a bit scary. (lol)
The starting 8
C.- Crandall
1b- Hodges
2b- Herr (no platoon)
SS- Weiss
3b- Cey
LF- Yaz
CF- W. Wilson
RF- Canseco
Now I'm thinking I've never seen a lineup like this before and I wouldn't use most of those guys.
Now the Big Suprise to me is his record is [b:b68bd66276]The Best in the League![/b:b68bd66276]
[b:b68bd66276]70 - 41[/b:b68bd66276]
8 games better than guys like Frank Bailey and myself, plus with a couple other vets!
WOW! What park did he put these guys into to be so be successful?????
And just when I thought I'd been as blown away as I could be....I see his park.......
[b:b68bd66276]Yankee '56![/b:b68bd66276]
Holy Crap, much props to Steve Cannon's team. :D :D Talk about winning outside the box!!!!!!!
