If you guys are going to have a 2 hr clock of something stupid like that I'm going to have to back out because I'm working 10.5 hour days for the next few weeks and I have no access at all at work.

Pinhead, everyone - if I can get in touch with Penngray in next few days, I am hoping that he has the names (not cards/salaries) for 2006 SOMO loaded in his draft database. If he does, we can then do the draft using his web tool & use automatic proxies, etc., so yes there would be a time limit, but even someone with a pressed schedule would be ok. I will confirm soon whether possible or not, stay tuned, and welcome all!

And one more thing - we should put this up for discussion, but actually Pre-Card draft is maybe a bit of a misnomer at this point. I am probably ok (depending on what the group wants) with allowing people to look at cards, the more critical thing is managing salary. I am thinking a $100M league but very limited drops, so since we don't know salaries, if we are allowing each team only 3 drop/adds to get under the cap, then that will force some very strategic picks, which is what makes it fun, and will reward mgrs who manage their caps well.

Let me know what you think of that idea or if you want a pure Pre-Card experience.

I don't have the cards and won't before the game unveils. I have no problem if those that have them want to look at them. I am another one who had his best season in my only prior pre-card draft.
