Before you discount Rick Miller take another look at his cards. Four of his cards have an OBP of .349-.367. When you take into account that 4 of his cards are heavily slanted towards RHP his OBP can actually be much higher. He can run well (1-15) and can play all 3 OF positions. If you still don't like my CF platoon of Dernier/Miller then I have listed all available FA CF with a defense rating of 1 or 2. Do you like any of these better? I value everyone's opinion.

Personally I like Pettis and Milner or Pettis with Moseby. But that's just me.

Newbie here, so take what I say with a generous grain of salt. Mike Witt was my staff ace on a Dodgers Stadium team that featured Blyleven, Carlton and, until I dropped him, Saberhagen. I'd go for him over a lot of those others on the list in a heartbeat.

Dwayne Murphy can be very good. But you have a nice team right now. Why not see how it plays before making a big CF move.

LM...I like Miller in centerfield due to the nice OBP. Not sure how Dernier fits into the plans? I would have viewed Pettis as a better option...higher OBP, better "D", lower salary.

I think the pitching looks terrific! Good luck.
