Our Mystery Card games - The '70s Game, Back to the '80s, Back to the '90s
by Ducky » Sat Feb 11, 2006 8:19 am
I just had Lloyd Moseby go down for 15 games. The least amount of games he played in any season was 151 games. In that season he had 590 plate appearances plus whatever HBP and Sacrifice flies and bunts he had (we don't get to see those totals).
Is the 15 game injury possible because his number of plate appearances was possibly less than 600?
Thanks,
Mike

Your explanation is correct.
The duration of injuries is random when a player has less than 600 PA. It is basically a roll of a 20 sided die that determines duration. Basically it was one of those unlucky things.

PA in TSN SOM is determined by hits + walks only.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the responses. On the bright side, I know that I have Moseby's best card.
