Seems as though you need a top 5 pick to have a chance according to Simon's stats. 7:30 would be better for me also, just want to make sure i can get home in time. When do we choose our states? And are we going to load Friday?

First, let me congratulate Coffeeholic on a winning his second Fast Six Titile! Thats pretty amazing given this talanted group of managers! Way to go Coffee!
I started looking up the playoff spots because I was curious where our contenders were in the draft sequence. In the first Fast Six League they came from the #1,5,6 and 8th spot. In the second Fast Six they came from the #1,4,6 and 9th spot. Of those, it was the #1and 8, #4 and #9 respectively that made the finals. The Finals were then won by the *8 and #9 spot. Good news for those that pick in the middle I guess!
We'll plan on starting the draft this Friday (the 17th) at [b:787d1b0737]7:30 est.[/b:787d1b0737]
Hopefully, that will give everyone enough time to get home from work and settled in before we begin. Unless everyone agrees to it, we'll keep it a two night draft with the "live" session on Friday and the Frenzy Saturday night. The reason for this is it gives us a little extra time to provide "courtesy minutes" on the draft time should we run into technical difficulties, and it also gives everyone time to study their, and everyone elses team before deciding on the rest of their draft strategy. The emphasis here being on "strategy!" It would also give us the option to go another "live" round Friday night if everyone agrees to it. I would like to remain flexible on those two points [b:787d1b0737]IF everyone agrees to it.[/b:787d1b0737] That being whether to go another round Friday night or loading our teams Friday night. I'm still waiting to hear from Horntsnest before giving his spot away. I sent him a PM as well as a post on the main message boards. I'll wait until tomorrow before filling his spot. If anybody knows anyone that would be interested in the 12th spot, let me know ASAP. As soon as the last spot is filled, I'll use the next nights pick 3 lotto to determine draft order. Since it's all arbitrary anyway, I don't see why we can't start picking states now. Feel free to post your pick on this message.
