I bet Jerry didn't expect the draft to get back to him so quick. It's hard to set proxies when you're at either end of the draft.

I'm planning to implement a 4-hour clock tomorrow. I guess now would be the time to discuss it if anyone had any objections or different ideas. I plan to shorten it to a 3 and even a 2 hour clock as the draft goes on.

I think that's good. I'm more comfortable with proxies towards the middle and late rounds myself.
