I have to admit I started playing Strat in 9th grade and only recently started playing online. At the time the most successful method of measuring a persons performance vs RHP and LHP was to "count the hits" and "countthe homers" that was the peak of our statistical analysis of the card - adding up the number of positive/negative(for Ps) results on the card and writing it on the bottom of the card. same with the number of homer spots.
The obvious problem with this is this system gives equal weight to a "2" as it does a "7" we would sometimes refer to a player having a "juicy" 17 if it was more in the middle of the card than the ends - but that was the limit of our research.
Now that I am playing again, I would love to hear the ways that everyone evaluates cards. I have been trying to figure out a system that would take the roll odds into account - I have yeat to figure anything out that doesn't take a month to figure. Wow me with your genius...
