You know I look back at that disastrous season and I think that I goofed up that team with the wrong managerial settings and some early drops...it was my first strat experience ever afterall...but you are right Ty, it did help me realize some mistakes and most importantly it made it more interesting checking in, and by holding a firesale through trades I managed to remake the entire team without damaging the other players' WC chances.

I still don't know much about the 80's game...why don't you post a link here? Would like to see the team :D

BTW, talking about firesales...if by game 82 My coochies are not in anyway getting better I will do some major changes, putting all players on the table, only throught trades though. Berkman, K-Rod, Bonds, Andrew Jones, everyone is fair game...hope that I can figure out my team before that but if not...Will try for a half season make-over comeback kinda deal.

ANYTHING to get of this freaking losing streak. Not that I relish other people's misery but I was content to listen to the Coochies & Cha Cha's complaints about the performance of their team while I was comfortably in 2nd and good position for the WC.
