Yes, I've seen this happen before. It just emphasizes how silly the asterisk is. It's far too powerful a differentiator for way too small a difference.

I lost Moore for 15 once so I can verify that * SP can go down.

I have had Hurst go down for 15. 200 IP is the cutoff for the S* guys.
