And like that, we're almost done Round 7.

Is it just me, or is the clock not working correctly?

[quote:6368a7693b="albert2b"]Nope. They definitely weren't all taken. And I always leave the rounds blank. I have them ranked by group instead.

Oh well, no biggie. I'll just re-post them. I'm just glad I caught it early. And if this happened to anyone else, it may affect the the time it takes between picks today.[/quote:6368a7693b]

I'm a little concerned that Albert's up and his proxies didn't fire, assuming he re-did them. I hope he's around. Don't want him to miss a pick due to proxy malfunction.

No, I'm around, BC.....and should be around all day. I purposely turned off my proxies for now. I made my pick manually (Jimmy Key). Funny thing happened when I did that, though. At first, when I tried to select Key, I clicked PICK next to Key's name. It brought me to a screen that showed all of Jablowmi's picks and it read at the top of the screen that my pick didn't go through and that ALBERT2B (me) was still on the clock. I logged out and logged back in and then made my selection without further problems. Weird.

more weirdness

Postby albert2b » Mon Feb 13, 2006 1:47 pm

Ok, something VERY strange is happening. Remember those proxies that vanished before? Well, they are back (or what's left of them). These are my original proxies that I had set.

The ones that I most recently set (to replace the ones that disappeared) are now gone.

Am I really the only one expereincing these problems? I didn't have my usual cup of coffee this morning, so maybe I'm just hallucinating this

albert...i seem to remember something happening in one draft i was in that was weird...i thought maybe it had something to do with the refresh the draft button....are u using that function? it freezes the draft for everyone for 5 minutes or am i remmbering something else? it could be someone else using this function also. this was 2 years ago i remember something similar happening...sorry my memory is foggy....but it is something in the design of the site. lil help from anybody's reccolection?

Thanks, Ice, for confirming that I haven't completely lost all my marbles  :?

Actually, I don't think I used the refresh draft function at all....although I guess it's not entirely impossible that I clicked it accidentally. Either way, things seem back to normal now....as I haven't had anything disappear on me for a couple hours now. Like I said, I'll be here most of the day and will make my picks manually as long as I'm here.

Draft is flying along. 9th round already!!!

I guess Sykes will be free to pick in about 15 minutes.
