For the auto draft, rank only players carded to your franchise

During waivers you can place a claim on any player that ever played for your franchise, provided he's not protected by another team.

1. assuming I need to pick a stadium where my franchise played..
2. confirming, my auto draft team is franchise carded players only, once waivers starts any free agent who played for my franchise can be added to my roster
3. 100mil, NO DH

Yes, but you don't need to announce it to us.

After a bit of debate, yes. Autodraft carded franchise players, then acquire any franchise players through waivers.
