I'm all for getting in our keeper lists in the next few weeks. I don't have the disk or cards, so I suppose that I would be one of those at a slight disadvantage. Given that we can keep 25-30 players, though, how big can that disadvantage be -- will anyone really be prejudiced for making the wrong decision on his 25th best player?

I think there are several advantages to doing keepers in February. First, it gives me something to do, and maybe it kindles interest in the league (and maybe some trades, too). Second, it will allow us to hit the ground running when TSN gets the game on line. Finally, it will help us figure out whether there is anyone who is not coming back, while there is plenty of time to find replacements (if needed) prior to the start date.

Of course, if I'm the only one who wants to do keepers now, I'm happy to wait a while.
