I wonder if he thought the draft was over.
I changed the clock to 3 hours, but I don't think it will take effect until Jerry picks.

I'm fine with 1, 2, or 3 hour limits. I avoided proxies early in the draft to make sure that if there was a run on a certain position that I wouldn't miss it. Call it lessons learned from my other live drafts. I'm able to check in every two hours or better from work so live drafting isn't a big issue with me.
(Unless I'm caught in the middle of a 2.5 hour warranty meeting like I was yesterday at around the lunch hour.)
Now that I'm closer to the core of the ball club, I'm more comfortable with leaving proxies and letting this draft rip. So I've got a small proxy list set for the next couple of rounds depending on if Jablowmi snakes my picks on the way down to me. :P
In the middle and late rounds, I'll have a gigantic proxy list, I promise.

Albert, please get ready to pick when Jerry's time runs out in about 30 minutes.
I'm not worried about rushing the draft, but if people can't be bothered to set proxies and check in at this stage of the draft, it's really going to drag by the time we get to Round 40. We'll be on a 2 hour clock by then.

I think Jerry's going to get another 3 hours (1st pick in 16th round), correct? I really think 3 hours is too long - guys aren't missing the pick b/c it's only 3 hours and won't be harmed if it is 1, 2, 3 or 4!

Yea, I was thinking that since Jerry has two picks back to back, that 6 hours was his time allowed before I could go.
Either way, I'm ready to make a selection once we reach a concensus about how much time Jerry has left.
