andy you have the Phillies and possibly Chuck Klein (depending on the league format - rules); His card was made for the DH rule.... Bold choice...

I see nothing wrong with andy changing his rules since the second set of rules aren't in place yet.... really, who cares as long as it is what he wants with his only chance to determine dh and cap.... no harm and certainly no foul.
