I almost took Jones, but I have this thing that every year so far he has ALWAYS, every single freakin time, massivley underperformed for me. 06 might be a different year, but past experiences has made his name dead to me :P

and Penn, I understadn you points, and I thanks you for your site, even as is. Just the other way I could list my top 100 guys, in order, and not have to check the draft site for days. This way, I cannot. :wink:

Jones has so much more power and natural HRs vs RHP then any other year. I see him killing the ball in any park this year.

That D and arm is untouchable too. I cant believe I almost got him but only to have him picked right before me :(

Of course his price tag will be huge :shock:

Penn - yes Jones has ALOT of power and the defense is amazing. He does have a few negative markers though. First, his obp, on both sides of the card, is very low for an elite player. Second, his double plays are astronomically high. Lastly, his clutch is terrible as well. That being said, I decided I wanted two of Clemens/Jones/Edmonds and thought there was a better chance of Clemens going first. A slight miscalculation on my part. CF is an absolute graveyard after Jones and Edmonds this year.
