Cubit Honorary Pre-Card Draft

Cubit Honorary Pre-Card Draft

Postby qksilver69 » Fri Feb 17, 2006 2:02 am

Hi all,

I am addicted to Pre-Card drafts, and my good buddy Cubit missed the last one I started, so here's another one in his honor. It is ok if you have the cards, the only important thing is to do the draft before salaries come out, so in reality this is a pre-cap draft more than pre-card draft. All are welcome as long as you can commit to using Penn's draft site & learning to set up proxies on them if you don't know how yet. Rules as follows:

1) $80M Salary Cap
2) Must draft full legal SOMO roster
3) 3 drops allowed prior to season start in order to get under the cap
4) 2 hr limit on picks during weekdays, no clock on weekends

That should get us started, sign up here with state for lottery picks....

How do you do this fairly? Many people already have the cards.

Splinter - that's why I said above it's not really pre-card but pre-cap. I don't have the cards yet but CD-ROM should be coming in next week or so.

Jay, Splinter, anyone else - be aware that some people may have an advantage by having the actual card set already. This will help them know injury rolls, clutch, etc - feel free to ask on the boards if there is a critical question you need to know, I think you'll find most people with cards or ratings disk will be happy to answer.....
