How much time is there between each pick? Does it change from round to round?

It's set up with no specific limit right now. So we all have to just keep an eye on it. I had a guy go missing in another draft like this and were down for 2 days..... :cry:

If everyone tries to set up proxies it speeds it up quite a bit too.
