question about waviers

It's very silly that I don't know/forget about this, but can someone answer a question for me about waviers?

When your turn comes around....if the player you've choosen is gone, does it automatically go to your next choice or do you lose your turn? So for instance, if you're picking 3rd, and you list 3 top guys as your 3 top choices knowing you'll at least get one, and then when your 2nd turn comes around, if their all gone does it then go to your 4th pick???

When it comes to your turn, if your highest pick is gone, you will get your next highest pick,....you do not lose your turn.

You only lose your turn if you request a player that is still available but you cannot add to your roster due to exceeding your roster limits or salary cap.

what if you have it set to pick a guy up and drop another, but the guy you drop is already gone from the previous pick, BUT you have enough $$$ to add the guy anyway. Will he get picked up???

yes he will if you have enough cap room without dropping anyone.
