How about if we just designate a state for the lottery for every manager and use that same state every time we need to do something with a lotto? It seems silly to have people sign up for a state every time. It seems like people are picking the same state every time anyways.

Questions on our new theme..

1.) Can we use defensive replacements for the $3 million + player that get's assigned to us?

2.) Can we make the $3 million+ player, part of a platoon (especially if they are heavily weighted towards R or L pitchers) ?

1) Yes. Defensive replacements are always acceptable, and won't defeat the purpose of the rule since HAL usually only puts them in late innings (8th or 9th).

2) No. The player selected for your team must start every possible game for you.
