Koufax or Joe D?

Koufax or Joe D?

If I turn to Joe D in CF, and turn Koufax into a mix of cheap 4th SPs, will I have enough pitching?

League leans towards LH power parks, a few pitcher's and one Baker.

What would Munich Man do?

Thanks for your insights.

No...all the middle LHSPs are gone, too many LH power teams built.
Lolich wouldn't leave enough for Joe D.

Thanks tho :D

I think you need koufax (or someone like him) as your anchor in Griff. the rest of your staff is adequate, but not anything special, and to drop koufax for a >1mill sp is not something i would do. I would personally want a more solid #2 starter than Kaat.

I think Grant is a problem here. It is OK to have 1 guy that is Gas outside of Griff (already have boyd, and koufax to an extent), but 2 is asking for trouble. Ruether is unnecessary here imo. I would drop them both and add a more solid sp...a guy like munger (who has no bphrs) for the $$ might make sense here.

I think you have plenty of hitting. Terry is a bit of overkill, since musial cannot get hurt. Are you platooning Geronimo? If not, i would downgrade both of your back up outfielders to free up some more cash, and maybe upgrade Geronimo or Heathcote...just a thought

My .02 :) Good luck!

Terry is in case Stan has to move to the OF with all the OF 15 gamers.
Clines and Heathcote is a planned platoon as well as depth.

Ruether is to replace Grant in the away LH HR parks.

Thanks, you answered the "enough hitting" question, and gave me ideas. :D
