I ended up going with McCovey in the Astrodome. Someone had grabbed Hernandez (after this thread launched), and I liked the idea of having a lefty power bat to complement Aaron. So far, McCovey hasn't hit for crap, but the team is slightly above .500 early on.

Keith will have to wait. :D

I had Keith in a pitchers' park and can honestly assess that his presence cost me a playoff spot. VERY pedestrian stats, I don't even want to post.

Good news for me is that an owner dumped Frank Chance early on and I've gone from McCovey (hitting homers but hitting .241) to my new best friend Frank Chance... :lol:
