I just want to make sure I understand this properly. I can exceed the $150 to make a roster move, but must be under <150 when the roster moves are completed ? Or am I missing something?

Don is the authority, but that's my understandng. Did you get Fingers back?

yes scuba you are right, you can go ahead and add the player that technically puts you over 150m but then you are immediately dropping the player to get under 150m.
