Cain
Matsuzaka
F. Hernandez
U. Jimenez
Lannan
Lohse

I think I can find a nice 5 man rotation out of this bunch. Then there's the free agent draft as well - SP shouldn't be my big problem.

I have a bit of a logjam in CF and RF - I can offer up Ichiro and/or Jermaine Dye. Have needs at C and middle infield.

I'm happy about it because it means Youk stays at 1b for now. But what do the rest of you think.

thanks watts. I'm not crazy about my offense either, but I think I have a solid D to compliment my pitching. Hopefully, with a couple of additions in the draft, I will be a playoff contender.

However, I am always open to trade talks.

Hope everyone is having a joyous Holiday season. I was at the Buffalo New England Football game yesterday, craziest wind I've EVER seen. At one point, one goal post was leaning 30 degrees to the right, while the other was leaning 30 degrees to the left. It was unreal.

Just to touch on a couple of things:

1. I love Tex to the Yanks (though I despise the Yanks) - just hope he can handle the pressure.

2. My rotation - Hudson, Shields, Greinke, Sonnanstine, ??? - Needs work!


3. I have some guys available (for the right price of course) that may intrigue some of you. I am mostly looking for pitching help and FA draft picks. They are: Varitek (a 1 & good v. LHP), Loney, Garko, Kouzmanoff, Tejada (a 2), K. Greene, L. Scott, Church, Griffey & Thome (good DHs v. RHP), and possibly Randy Winn.
