I think the player changes suggested are fine as long as we know about them before the draft. I was originally thinking 100 mil cap, but starting thinking about the team concept, so I say let everyone in so make the cap enuff to even the best teams with all the players. I also picked DH, but will not balk at no DH (except if I get the Braves and Rico Carty is automatic DH)

So far we have 4 owners for DH, 3 owners for NO DH & 3 owners with no preference.

We have 4 owners for setting up divisions by W/L record, 2 owners for divisions by SOM salary, 2 owners with no preference, my vote depends on the DH outcome and Assmeriten hasn't made a decision yet.

We need to hear from Merm and errormagnate to decide which way to go on these questions.

No decisions are final yet even with only 1 owner left to choose preferences.

If Merm (or whoever the last owner will be) chooses DH then it will be a DH league but the division allignment would be 4 for won-lost and 3 for SOM salary with Assmeriten and the last owner left to choose.

If Merm (or whoever the last owner will be) chooses no DH then it will come down to a coin flip to see if it will be a DH or non-DH league. I will announce a state lottery and if the result is an odd number it will be DH, if an even number then non-DH.

If the league turns out to be a non-DH league then the divisions will be alligned by won-lost records since my pick would then be for won-lost which would make it 5-2 if favor of won-lost with only the last owner and Assmeriten left to choose.
