IMPORTANT QUESTION TO MANAGERS

I need guidance on whether we should consider looking for an alternate for Runnin Rebel?
Here are the facts that I believe should be considered:
1) The last pick was within 24 hours so as far as drafts go it seems long but at this time of year could be simple out of town.
2) Hasn't posted any response since we moved to the ILC.
3) In fact it's been since December 23 that he signed up and that was the only posting.
4) He's an MVP so it's not as if he's a rookie.
5) I reviewed 6 Franchise, Dream Team. Alpha theme leagues and he's not in them so my experience with Runnin Rebel is limited.
Most of the managers in this Theme League have quite a bit of history to make a decision on.
6) I do have a manager that wanted in that uis very experienced. Idanred.
However, a number of you might already be aware that Steve Ames (errormagnate) is in the hospital and a message was posted that if he needed to be replaced to go ahead.
I sent a PM asking if he wanted to stay in or not and am waiting for a response. Therefore, it may be possible that we might need a replacement for Steve, though I hope not.

With the time of year and Steves situation I would wait. But whatever the majority wants will go with it. Happy New Year all and Godspeed to Steve.

Dan would be a welcome addition, as like you I don't no Rebel but I would vote for waiting for Steve because we all know that if it is at all possible he will honer his committment.

Since we are waiting on Steve's return there isn't a rush but just the same i think we should be looking to replace Running Rebel...last contact over a week ago?

I went ahead and sent a PM inviting Idanred ( Dan) as a replacement. He had originally wanted in but we were filled and responded at the time to list him as a replacement.
