OK, if I decide to change my Franchise do I also get to pick a player?

If you drop your Franchise you simply move the new Franchise which must be a TYPE B and you still get to draft. However, all players drafted remain the property of the Franchise that drafted them.

All players on the Franchise that you dropped go the free agent pool and can be drafted to any franchise that's eligible to do so.

Bob, do the players we draft for our teams come from the franchises you listed or any of the ATG4 teams not listed? Also my original question in regards to changing a franchise. If I change do I get to my draft a player as well?

yes, I'm still not exactly clear on who I can draft. Is it guys that are not on any other A or B franchise that also played for my team at some point in thier career?

Also, why is Hack Wilson listed on the available list earlier when he's on the Cubs?

DURING THE RD. 3 DRAFT WHICH IS FOR TYPE B FRANCHISES THE ONLY PLAYERS ELIGIBLE TO BE DRAFTED ARE THOSE ATG4 PLAYERS NOT ON A FRANCHISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS THEME AND PLAYERS DRAFTED OR ASSIGNED TO THOSE FRANCHISES.

IF A MANAGER DROPS A TYPE B FRANCHISE HE MUST REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER TYPE B BUT PLAYERS ASSIGNED OR DRAFTED REMAIN ON THE FRANCHISE THEIR ON.

YES, SUBJECT TO THE ELIGIBILITY STATED IN THE ORIGINAL GUIDELINES.

HACK WILSON WAS ELIGIBLE TO BE DRAFTED DURING THE RD. 2 BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN ELIGIBLE FOR THE DODGERS, A TYPE A FRANCHISE AND CUBS A TYPE B. HOWEVER, WHEN MORDECAI BROWN FROM THE CUBS WAS DRAFTED THAT PROTECTED THE CUBS FROM HAVING ANY FURTHER PLAYERS TAKEN FROM IT.
