I'm preparing for another live draft and would be interested to hear any profound insights people have at this point as to live draft strategy in 06. My one insight is this: if you want a good defensive 2B (a 1 or a 2) who is not an offensive liability, pick early. Ditto for CF?

yeah, 2B,SS and CF are all very shallow in talent this year.

Then again, price tags of the weak players could ease the pain (note to self). :D

I believe qk is on the clock now. I do have a quick question for Penngray. Do proxies happen automatically if a person's time frame has elapsed? E.G. - since Pinhead's time has elapsed, would qk's proxies (if they are set) be executed?

No. A proxy will not fire automatically at the end of previous persons time.
