Good point. As it is, we would have to wait for 24 hours on any one of these five to release all five to their respective owners and start the next round.

I agree then we should split them up and as each one is taken, the new owner offers up the new player. That way there will always be active auctions.

To make it less messy perhaps we should have a new thread for auction bids *ONLY* and use this thread for discussion?

And probably somewhere we need to keep an up-to-date register of what player has gone where...?

I have to head off to work right now, I will be back in about 10 hours today. I like the idea of a second bids only thread. Also, breaking up the five being bid on will be much better, as we can open a new player (pitcher for a pitcher always please), if 11 teams says they are out on a player.

Please keep in mind that you will need to finish with 10 pitchers and 15 hitters (thus the 2-3 ratio), because we must enter them on a draft card and then make zero tranactions all season long.

I can't wait to see where the bids stand when I get home tonight!

So did we decide anywhere what the minimum bid price is? Because remember you would have to have money left at the end of the draft to fill your roster. I don't care how much but I need to know as this figures into my bidding.

Regarding the minimum bid:

The poll that was set up, shows ONLY 9 votes tabulated, and no majority, yet.

The other three managers should definitely make a point of entering their selection in the poll.
