League 4 is stuck at 1 pick. Waiting on NYCalderon but he,s pretty dependable so...

The Start is Always Slow

Before the start of the 1st two seasons, I wrote:

Therefore, we weren't supposed to start until next week, although I did suggest that messages would be sent this week. I hope people start checking in shortly, but this process is slow and often painful (once it gets started, it's great). For now, I'd recommend that you load proxies, check back in every once in a while and patience.
Also, I've had one emailer suggest that the league setup/draft order wasn't to his/her liking. Rather than using the randomizer, he/she would rather we use pick 3s. Outside of this tourney, I've always used pick 3s to select order, although I'm fine with the randomizer. If you have concerns, please express them here. The randomizer, which I believe is fair, is done for my benefit. I'm not a SOM employee and can only spend so much time on this tourney - just another manager trying to make it to the finals......

Randomizer or lotto, it's all the same to me. I didn't really want the first pick (or Admin job for setting the league up) but that's okay. Morgan can't let me down twice in a row!
Yes I guess we need to be patient until the 19th. Hopefully the missing owners check in before the 19th. I do think we should adhere to clocks beginning the 19th though.

I disagree with this. No clock in the first round IMO no matter when it is. By making a first round pick an owner acknowledges that the draft as started. Anyone who is up to pick and still hasn't done so by the 19th should be replaced by someone who is around not just skipped. That only delays the eventual problem.
