probably like many here, i'm not up to speed with the details of the problems they may be experiencing but at this difficult time i hope those working on this know there is empathy with their situation and hopefully things will be up and running soon. we've got ATG 3 to look forward to and i'm sure it'll be fantastic. i don't mean to diminish the views of some who are upset; particularly those who've been involved in the development of the game online, and those who've spent a lot of money on the product but if i were in their shoes i'd be feeling pretty bad and not a little heat now and would appreciate people not being too hostile. pressure isn't what they need now. any post-mortems will be done internally i'm sure and hey; they'll learn from days like these.

lol, 24 active teams but many arent even monitored, down from 40+. Only care about 80s teams because they are the most fun.

I use to be addicted too ;)

sure they do, its the only way to tell them they really screwed up.

Are most of you just going to accept the.....[i:b90a222722]I'm sorry[/i:b90a222722] post? Have we come to that point were anything they give us extra is good? wow :(

My clients would have my head served up on a platter for breakfast for this type of problem.

This type of thing has happened on the yahoo sports site before. Although, it is true that it doesn't usually happen in the business world, especially with banks and other government-regulated business that buy and sell large quantities of financial instruments on a daily basis. Personally, I find it shocking and unacceptable that fantasy sports websites aren't held to the same standards. I demand that TSN assemble the world's most elite computer programmers and fix their website within the next 30 minutes, otherwise we may be in grave danger of an attack by Al-Qaeda terrorists.

WOW!
And I thought I was pissed!
This is my first team and first season. My (team) is in the gutter but I'm not giving up.

Soooo...briefly let me give you my thoughts.
1. Penngray is right no matter how you slice it.
2. Bernieh is doing all that's possible
3. Pastor is a good guy
4. We are still waiting!
5. TSN loses in the bottom of the ninth

i didn't mean to give the impression that sub-standard service and quality is to be necessarily accepted but also we aren't perfect and mistakes will happen, things WILL go wrong on occasion and it isn't necessarily always helpful to be seen to be unforgiving. i've no doubt that those who run SOM online will make every effort to make up for this glitch. in the meantime let's just be patient. it is possible the problem is mine, i've lived outside north america too long and haven't quite got my head around the idea that yeah mistakes happen but pity the poor sod who makes them...
