Well perhaps I'm being too trusting, Michael, but Bernie saying "I'll make it up to you guys" seems like a promise for steak to me.

Wow, leave it to an SOM outage to bring everyone out of the woodworks.
I can understand why some people are upset. If you pay money on a game, especially a lot of money as some of us here have, this is completely unacceptable. On the other hand, I try not to let life's little trivial occurances upset me too much. So it apparently doesn't bother me as much as some.
But what does bug me is the LACK OF UPDATES. For all we know, they've all gone home bleary-eyed tired and no one is there anymore to work on the problem and we're checking our teams like a bunch of fools. Or maybe they are still plugging away. But as loyal customers, we should have more regular updates on what has been going on and what the ETA of the games is. I think that may calm some nerves around here.

But still, I'd rather have them working on the problem then spending their time giving us hourly updates.
It's been like ten hours though, one has to wonder if they've fallen in the hole...

ok new comp plan:
1) 10 free teams for everyone
2) $5000 towards the car of our choice
3) 10,000 shares of TSN stock
4) a by-line on a story in the next issue of TSN
