Folks--if you know a company making a 50% margin--not only am I in the wrong business, but you must be living on a planet that pays no taxes, no accountants, no shareholders, no lawyers, and has no competition. I'll grant the last one. My goodness--50%!?!
The only companies making a 50% margin are either:
illegal, funded through private donation without shareholders to take care of, or simply fly by nights that are scams.

How is that an example related to a monopoly?
So a 10% refund would make you happy then?

Airlines--single digit margins--typically industry-wide in the negative in recent years.

How about airport restaurants, concessions at the movies, drinks at strip clubs, etc. I bet these and many other business' make a 50% profit margin or more.

The point is if TSN wants to be smug about its monopoly status for this game, instead of treating us like customers it doesn't want to lose, I sure hope the flow of the almighty dollars into their coffers takes a major hit. Of course the airlines are in a competitive business. But trolling for consumers' entertainment bucks is also a competitive business, if you consider that while Strat-O-Matic baseball may not be available elsewhere on the net, TSN should be concerned that episodes like this may lead to our deciding to send our money elsewhere for a different entertainment.
