sorry i wrote in a demaning way. not the intent.
as someone who's been involved in small business as an owner and larger as a manager, I get incensed when we consumers get jazzed up by the media to find enemies who have more than us--and it always happens to be businesses--businesses who on the whole and against stifling odds find ways to bring consumers worldwide products that continually get better at a better per unit price. There are bad examples too, but operating costs include more than the "obvious".
I'll shut up now. I was rude and this is almost the bullpen now.
