What does that mean?
No trades posted during this time will become official until I return and verify the transcations leave both teams in roster compliance.
Other than that, it don't mean squat, other than I'll be enjoying myself on the sunny isle of St. Croix USVI for a week. :D [/quote:e79239e610]
Nice! If you get a chance make your way over to St. John. I went there for my honeymoon several years back and we both absolutely loved it. Also make sure to take a trip to White Bay on Jost Van **** BVI.[/quote:e79239e610]
Thanks Jim, don't think we'll be doing any island hopping, plane fare is to much, frankly, the only other Island we'll visit is tiny Buck Island to go snorkeling at the US's only underwater National Monument, the Buck Island Reef. (or maybe it's just a preserve, I forget) It was made a National monument by Kennnedy after he snorkled there. Buck Islan is just off the north shore of St Croix, about and Hour's sail by Tri-maran.
It's not my first visit there, my in-laws used to own a Condo there and would winter on the island ( from about Jan1- April15) but they sold it a few years ago and now just rent a place for 5 weeks, so we'll be staying with them for the week.
A little golf, some swimming, snorkeling, reading and lots 'O Rum drinks
I CAN"T WAIT!![/quote:e79239e610]
Sounds great. Enjoy. Wish I was heading to the USVI's as well. When we went to St. John we did a lot of island hopping because we wanted to experience as much as possible. We didn't know if we would ever be back. We went snorkeling at the Bath's on Virgin Gorda, BVI, and took a catamaran trip to Jost Vandyke, some great beaches and bars there.
