BUT...

No time to set my starters for tonights games and that should effectively knock a couple of my teams in games 160-162 out of the playoffs. and with a few other teams now past game 141 without seeing what changes should be made for a final playoff run I'm not to happy with the need to again run 6 games in one night or the very late time we were told it would happen this way ESPECIALLY since the previous update said to "consider the game broken and try and have a good weekend!..... :x :(

In response to the people saying there are a bunch of whiners in here.....
I think Bernie did good. It would suck for things to go bad like that.
BUT....We paid for this service. In any business you take care of your customers. Period. What happens when you go to a restaurant and your food is bad? You get it comp'ed. You buy a shirt that is defective, you get a free shirt. That is why you would go back to that same business again. If the business doesnt take care of you, you go somewhere else next time.

I am a strat addict too, but I am also a customer, who pays good money for this game. And lets face it, its a cash cow for TSN. So it wouldnt kill them to show some good faith toward their paying customers.

I am one of those very dissatisfied customers and will not order on this site any longer. I've played the board game/computer version since '85. I've played this version about 20 times at $25.00 a pop. I recently have 2 teams going on this site. If the site would have run Thurs and Friday, it would have brought my team to 141 games. 142 is cutoff for trades/free agent pickups. Now, they decide to play 9 games so I miss out on trades and waivers to pick up players for the stretch run.

My other league, I have an * starter so every 4th day he can pitch. I didn't set my per game rotation out 9 games today so instead of him starting game 7 (!!!!) of the night, he will start game 8, which might not seem like a big deal but it will cost him at least 1 start over the course of the season.

Some of you might think we are whiners and maybe we are, but I work part-time and have a child so $25.00 is a big deal to me. The free games when I win a championship are a big deal to me and now this hindered me of that. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

C'mon guys. In the previous post w/ Bernie telling us the problems, he said they would make it up to us. Have a little faith. I'm sure he wasn't just talking about getting the site back up again. Just have patience. I'm betting we'll be hearing from Bernie again about a day or two after this is all caught up and done with.

In the previous post, Bernie also said that the site is broken and to take the weekend off. I wasn't upset after the first day or the second day, but when we get a post that makes it sound like the site will be down for days, wouldn't it make sense to delay it for a week and just pick up where you left it on a Thursday with no multiple series???

We have so little control over this game, what little we have is lineups and pitching rotations, by playing 9 games at once, we lose out on 18% of the season to make these decisions. If your star leadoff hitter is hurt after the first game and Henry Blanco becomes your starting left fielder and lead off hitter for the next 8 games---you put a smile on your face.

By the Way---THIS IS CURRENTLY OCCURRING WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!! Henry "Speedy" Blanco is my leadoff hitter and Left fielder!!!!!!!!!!!
