[quote:5c64e636ec]Holy Crap, if I have to look at:

Petrocelli, Rico
McCovey, Willie

any longer I'm going to freak out!! [/quote:5c64e636ec]

Okay Jett, since this is 1969 I'll give you the warning from the Woodstock documentary
"Uh, to get back to the, uh, the warning that I've received you may take it with how many however many grains of salt you wish, that the brown acid that is circulating around us is not specifically too good. Uh, it's suggested that you do stay away from that, course it's your own trip, so be my guest, but, uh, please be advised that there is a warning on that one ok?"

roster size

Postby Rjnewman » Tue Feb 10, 2009 5:22 pm

I understand draft 19 plus ballpark. Then 6 players 1-6 autodraft. Then frenzy for spots you did not fill of 25 players. Do you also pick up to three more and stash them?25 active and three protected that you can bring up or down per series? What is cap after season starts? Can you drop and add whenever you want with no restrictions except for 125 transaction limit?

After the frenzy your roster size increases from 25 to I believe 28. I think you can carry a maiximum of 12 pitchers. If you carry 10 pitchers you can have 18 hitters.

You will have 25 out of the box (19+6). Then when the autodraft runs you just add up to three more from waivers without dropping anyone - all 28 are active on your roster and you can start/bench them each day.

It will be self-explanatory

I have a replacement (MVP Vet) at the ready if we need him.

RJ, I appreciate your posts and your questions are fine, but I would like to see a post from Gordie and know that he has bought a team and is committed before we go much further. I still see no pick and the first round is pretty easy given the talent available.

We will give it until 7pm Central this evening before making the call on a change. That is to do two things - make a pick and post here assuring us he has bought a team and is "in". I see no post from him on the ILC thread. My other guy is standing by.

Others feel free to chime in too. I love to see new players, and don't mean to be impatient, just don't want to go all the way to the alter if we are going to get left there.

Gordie will probably rev it up and win the championship, it has happened before!
