The manager who has waited 4 hours has to jump in and try and make the pick. The system does not tell you its your turn. i've only seen this happen a few times.

If my calculations are correct the pick has about an hour to go. i think after 930 est is about right. I would hope sneezedoc makes his pick soon too.
