UPDATE, SATURDAY, 9PM ET

GOOD NEWS, all things considered. The network guys found the fix and we're well on our way towards completing Thursday night's games. I'll post a more official note soon, but be prepared for 6 more regular season games to be played tonight (hopefully for real this time). I know some of you would prefer everything to be pushed back 1 day, but this is the only way I can restore sanity to this mess.

Man...I could have had Parkav in tonight with his great idea of picking California. There's no lottery tomorrow to boot (forgot about that).

I never know if it's a blessing or a curse that I do what I say I'm going to do...but I always do...sorry guys...I lost us 2 days.

I don't know why I'm bothering...but here goes. Two very clear references were made to 9pm in this post. Here is the first:

Your a good man for sure parkav...If Penn decides not to get in, please feel free to be the 1st alternate.

Well...Penn hasn't checked in. I sent him an e-mail from his web site. If he doesn't respond by noon, then I'll open the 12th spot. I'll also PM parkav because he should have first dibs on the 12th spot. If he's not interested, it's wide open. I intend to be able to use tomorrows numbers and get this puppy rolling.

He is usually up and around on the weekend.

I hope he checks in. I had to set noon as a final time, because I don't want to miss getting the league off the ground with tomorrow nights numbers.

I'd be pretty sure he'd like to sign up.

OK...we are all set. We will use tonight's numbers for the draft order...lowest to highest. I'd be pretty sure that Penngray will allow us to use his site...would just feel better to hear back from him saying so. I'll set up the league after the draft order is set.

Those of you that haven't been to Penn's site before will be given a user name and a password to get in after the league is set up. It may go a little slow as this is the first draft I've administered (unless a more experienced draft adminstrator would love to run it?).
