I've been in alot of live drafts in the 2005 game WITHOUT penngray in the league.

How many rounds will the draft be? my assumption is 25 rounds and alegal TSN draft card
Are we drafting ballparks?
How are divisions determined?
Serpitine or Straight draft order? Assume serpitine.

It will be a live draft, DH league. The draft order will be determined by State (or Province) pick 3 lottery, lowest to highest (lowest pick 3 number drafts first...etc). In the event of a tie, the pick 4 will be used as the tie-breaker. This will be a 16 round live draft, with a unique stadium as 1 of the picks.
The divisions will be determined by draft position using the standard:
EAST- 1,4,7,10
CENTRAL- 2,5,8,11
WEST- 3,6,9,12
I will be happy to administer the draft (unless a more experienced administrator wants to do it). I can't believe it would be too difficult to administer...is it?
