What is the rule on free agents and trades? Can we ever pick up free agents that aren't on our teams (typically the answer is no). Can we make trades?

Stadiums - typically an owner needs to select a stadium from one of this drafted teams. True?

No trades, you can only have players from your 2 franchises.
Pick one of the two team's stadiums.
