I would imagine that the Dodgers fall in the upper half, but I'm cool with drafting based on salary.

i already have the order based on salary, but i would rather wait & find out if that's what we are gonna do.
There are two questions---are we gonna use salary to determine draft order, and 2)--is it still gonna be serpentine.

based on salary, the roster with the highest salary is the Postwar Yankees; lowest salaried roster if expansion white sox.
However, adding both postwar & expansion rosters together, the Dodgers have the most salary............

If the order isn't going to be done by total salary, the draft shouldn't be serpentine.
