No...I don't. Who is he? If you don't have the guts to say who it is, don't say anything.

Link to where TSN addresses transfer of 05 credits to 06

I have been around since the beginning of on-line SOM and I recall transfers being limited to one carry over to the next season. That has definitely been the case the past two seasons. I think it was from 01 to 02 also, but don't recall completely on the 01 credits.

If we can really only transfer 1 credit then the 50% off deal isn't really that great as most people are done playing 2005. Unless ofcourse I also can't afford to buy teams right now and have to wait a little while before I can afford them...I think I'll ask for an extension, let's say I can afford them right after 2006 comes out.

I can more than afford the $12, I'm just making a point that if I said I couldn't right now that maybe I could buy the 2006 5-pack for 1/2 price.

I am in full agreement with PBTR and Socal. I think the offer should extend to the first couple of days that the new game comes out. If it does I would buy at least 2 if not more 5-packs.

TSN are no dummies. They don't need to give half price sales on the 2006 game to sell many, many teams and 5 packs when that game is unveiled. They do need to sell the current 20xx games at half price to get any interest in those games. This is a good deal for 1969, ATG and 80's players since those games aren't based on current players.

In fact TSN ought to sell the older 20xx games at a discount permanently if they want to continue to have them around or else take them off the market. Maybe hold them for 20 years and then bring them back as a nostalgia game if TSN and SOM are still partnering then.

That being said, the half price offer is much appreciated. They were not required to give us anything for last week's downtime.
