Help Me Strat-O-Matic! Was charged did not receive a team!

I ordered a team using the dicount 06SOMHALF and did not receive a confirmation number nor a team, yet $12.45 was charged to my credit card. Can someone there please check on this? Is the ordering system not working properly?
