Shopping List

Postby pwootten » Mon Mar 09, 2009 9:14 pm

1969: I need a quality CF and will trade a quality starter for the right guy. Jenkins or Hands can be yours, but the CF has to be really good.

1970's: Three decent shortstops, Yount, Kessinger, and DeJesus. Two of them can be made available. I need a better than average lefty reliever.

1980's: A couple good starters, Sutcliffe and Sanderson, are available. Again, a better than average lefty reliever is needed.

1986: This team is terrible. I need SP badly. I have some bats to offer in return. Also have some decent relievers that can be moved.

2008: I would LOVE to get a stud reliever. Derosa and Durham available at 2B. Also, Branyan, Counsell (look at his card before saying no), Kapler, Soriano, and others. I'm stacked here.

Someone please trade with me.

[quote:144de65f9c="latorrer"]SPs
DeLeon, J.
Reuschel, R.
Browning, T.
Rhoden, R.
Candelaria, J.

CF - Van Slyke, Cedeno, Moreno
LF/RF - Foster, Lacy

NEEDS - Closer[/quote:144de65f9c]

Question.
Are you able to trade De Leon now even though he has more IP with the Cardinals? Don,t you have to wait until he clears the initial draft?
I need some clarification on this IP /AB issue.Thx,

Slug, 100% correct, I was working from a spreadsheet and never looked at the cards. DeLeon is a Cardinal!

DeLeon belongs to the Cardinals until after the AD runs. If he is still a FA after the AD then the Pirates or White Sox can pick him up first come first served.

Dang is my spreadsheet wrong? Sorry about that fellas.
