Thanks for filling in Bob. There's a thread called "16 event franchise league archives" and the first 3 entries give the ground rules. (I'll bump that thread so you can find it.) I'll post the team assignments for season 11 below. Essentially, you can draft anyone that ever played for your assigned franchise, but each seaon one manager gets to decide salary cap, DH, waivers and a second manager gets to make a rule as a theme for the season.
